Appealing
to both the eye and the palate, the Wilson & Heywood Gallery
is hosting “Paintings and Pastries of Italy”
on Thursday, July 8th from 7 – 9 p.m. Visitors are invited to sample traditional
Italian pastries from the bakery Rome Sweet Rome and view artist
Anne Heywood’s “My Return to Italy” collection of original paintings,
drawings, and limited edition prints.
Listen to an informal
talk about the art while enjoying a savory Italian sweet. Talks
will be presented by the artist at 7:15 p.m. and again at 8:15
that evening.
